Luggage Storage at Railway Station
The locker is located in the waiting room of the railway station directly by Platform 1.
Payment with a Mobile Application.

To use MyLocker via QR code, please follow according to the instructions:
1. Scan the QR code – use your smartphone or another device with a QR code scanner to scan the code located on the MyLocker locker.
2. Open the link – after scanning the QR code, a link will appear on your screen. Click it to access the locker rental page.
3. Select the rental duration – choose the rental period that best suits your needs.
4. Enter your details – provide your first name, last name and email address, where the PIN code for opening the locker will be sent. Make sure the entered information is correct.
5. Make the payment – follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment using the available payment methods.
6. Do not close the window after payment – return to our website to continue the process.
7. Use the locker – once the payment is successfully processed, the locker will automatically open, allowing you to store or retrieve your items.

Luggage storage at Auschwitz Museum
The storage room is located in the car park of the Visitor Service Centre of the Auschwitz-I Museum (at 55 Więźniów Oświęcimia Str.).
The luggage storage is open on the days the Museum is open to visitors, during the hours: 30 minutes before opening and 2 hours after closing of the Museum.
